Tasting Notes
Deep ruby garnet, black core, violet reflections. Dark berry confit with a delicate tobacco background on the nose, still very closed bouquet, some bitter chocolate. Very monolithic on the palate, fine cassis notes, fresh acid structure, the tannins form a wall-like block, the wine appears complex, at the same time very repellent, is characterized by an austerity that is more reminiscent of Latour, delicate roasted aromas in the aftertaste, certainly needs a lot of time, but has a very good maturity potential. At the moment the finish is still a little drying. ! Cellar
