Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Fresh wild blueberry with ethereal undertones, also violets and mint. A wine designed for elegance: lots of juiciness at the start, then ripe tannins in medium to medium-high quantities, transparent structure with natural, almost radiant palate fruit, remains juicy for a long time and is therefore light-hearted. Very good value.
