Tasting Notes
Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. Nuances of overripe yellow tropical fruit and a hint of honeydew melon on the nose with some delicate wild strawberry - a very individualistic bouquet of autochthonous varieties. Slender, subtle fruit sweetness shows on the palate in the form of some guava, supported by well integrated acidity. A touch of blossom honey on the finish.
