Dried apricot, toasted hazelnut, ripe nectarine. Silky on the palate, mild and round, sweet and slightly viscous without being heavy, with very well-integrated, subtly supportive acidity. A noble sweet wine of medium body, refined and harmonious—an ideal pairing for meals, such as blue cheese, chicken with morels, or foie gras with brioche and quince jelly.
