Tasting Notes
Bright yellow gold in colour. On the nose, an incredibly complex bouquet, Initially revealing a hint of caramel and herbal spices, candied orange zest, underpinned by some lanolin and lemongrass with an attractive honey sweetness. The palate is elegant with a fine sweetness, pleasant tropical fruit supported by very racy acidity and nuanced minerality, already well-balanced and approachable with fine honey notes underlaid with orange liqueur and subtle wood spice on the finish, has the potential to age for more than one generation. (PM).
