The white wine Selezione Antonio Chiorri Grechetto Colli Perugini DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Chiorri has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grechetto from the region Umbria in Italy.
Intense golden yellow. On the nose, black tea, candied apricot, raspberry, orange zest, savoury, honey. Clear fruit freshness on the palate, ripe lemon and ripe pineapple, beautifully integrated acidity, needs time to develop in the glass, then literally shines on the nose and palate. Best aerated beforehand or enjoyed in a large Burgundy glass. Limited to 1,400 bottles.
