The white wine »Fumé« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Cisterzienser Weingut has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Smoky notes fulfil the promise of the name "Fumé", along with a scent of gooseberry, kiwi and nettle. In the mouth, the wine has a taut structure, acidity and substance that give it a firm backbone, fruit and suppleness round it off well despite the restrained residual sweetness.

Shows the lively acidity of the vintage in a compact contour, but also good substance and density. Apricot on the palate, some caramel, ripe pear and salted lemon.
