Light salmon pink, orange touch, silver reflections. Has a floral bouquet, underpinned by fruit nuances of peach and honeydew melon, fresh cherries and a hint of orange blossom. Juicy, fine red berry nuances, appears light-footed and freshly structured, lemony touch, salty finish.

Pastel colours. Raspberry and apple blossom, delicate and expressive at the same time. The palate shows very fine phenolics, just enough to match the subtle fruit, but also enough to counteract the powerful body. Lively acidity, unaffected freshness, mineral colour. Too rich as an aperitif, but a promise to high cuisine and shellfish.
