Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Pastel pink colour. Initially closed on the nose, some cherry, aromas of wet stone. With more air, the nose becomes ever more mineral, shattered rock, but also the concentrated fruit of strawberry puree. On the palate a supple, almost oily onset, then infused with a fine acidic nerve, lively, fresh, dense and powerful, yet light-hearted, with sweet fruit on the finish, resonating long with a silky texture.
