The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2012 from the winery Coali has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella , Molinara from the region Veneto in Italy.
Intense, rich, dark ruby red. Fragrant, open nose of rich and ripe Amarena cherry. The palate is very rich and structured with massive consistency, but does not lack freshness and juiciness, builds long and velvety in the mouth and finishes accentuated with Amarena cherries, very harmonious overall.
