Tasting Notes
Bright dark ruby with a nod towards garnet. Generous and inviting nose of rich plum, ripe cherry, a note of dark leather, some mint and sage. Very smooth and balanced on the palate, savoury and clear, juicy, elegant mouthfeel with a touch of salt, again juicy on the finish.
