The red wine Firmae Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2017 from the winery Colline San Biagio has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark, flint ruby red. On the nose fragrant, with sugared strawberries, raspberries, in addition some fine earthy tones, undergrowth, tobacco, leather, in the echo a touch of honey. On the palate compact, polished, with fine oak, develops in many layers. In the finish pithy and still somewhat young, will age well.
