Clear, rich ruby with a slight purple shimmer. The nose is characterised by dark notes of black truffle and blueberries, with some smoke in the background. Fills the palate with a rich attack, then opens up with grippy tannins, very present, unfortunately quite drying and brittle on the finish, still needs a long time to mature.
