The red wine Barolo DOCG Arione, vintage 2020 from the winery Conterno Giacomo has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Powerful, bright ruby, slightly brightening rim. Intense and appealing nose with lots of ripe wild raspberries, some rose, ripe plums and truffles. Full-bodied and dense on the palate, lots of tannins present, coated with a lot of sweet texture, raspberries and plums, lingers for a long time.
