Intense straw yellow in colour with delicate olive green reflections. On the nose, there are strong aromas of sealing wax, fine oak, ripe banana and ripe plum, reminiscent of baked apple, rum pot, and marzipan. The palate is ripely fruited and delicately bitter on the front and back palate, reminiscent of mushroom, then salty, with tension, overall unbalanced, demanding, and provocative, you have to have it in the glass, decant it first!.
