Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark ruby red. Earthy tones on the nose, also tobacco, very ripe cherry fruit and subtle hints of Rumtopf (rum pot). Rich on the palate with a slightly oily texture, also slight CO2, appears unbalanced and not completely clean.
