Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red colour with a fine garnet sheen. Inviting, slightly baroque nose with notes of dried roses, cherry compote and currant jelly. Lots of pithy tannins on the palate, slightly drying on the finish, finishes somewhat bitter.
