Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, bright ruby red colour with a subtly brightening rim. Notes of precious wood and marzipan, light nuances of violets, cherry fruit. Clear fruit and savoury savouriness on the palate, full-bodied and robust, slightly noticeable wood tannins, somewhat alcoholic on the finish.
