Tasting from 05.09.2025: Romana Echensperger

Intense light yellow colour with increased viscosity. Exotic fruit, candied ginger, pineapple, quince jelly, white nougat, pistachio, warm buttered toast and a hint of mint on the nose - complex and multilayered. Powerful and savoury on the palate, with silky tannins, nutty wood and a long finish. A white wine with power and structure - ideal with powerful cuisine.
