Tasting from 04.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant, bright ruby colour with a fine garnet rim. Very clear and memorable nose, opens with slightly earthy tones of smoke and leather, then ripe plum, some rose. Hearty on the palate, shows a lot of fruit at the beginning, then starts impetuously with grippy, gripping tannins, somewhat rustic, but very good beginnings.
