Tasting Notes
Rich golden yellow. Distinctive bouquet of fresh cedar wood, bourbon vanilla, ripe yellow fruit and hints of smoke. Full-bodied, noticeable oaky notes and sweetness dominate the palate, accompanied by a soft mousse and subtle acidity. Independent, oak-influenced, baroque style with a long finish. Still needs time and a strong food match.
