Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, with particularly fine bubbles in the glass. Great delicacy on the nose with citrus nuances, white flowers, honeysuckle, green apple, kumquat and subtle yeasty notes of biscuit and toast. Very balanced on the palate, juicy, fresh acidity and a fine tingle, balanced by a cleverly measured dosage that rounds it off, without adding weight. The Crémant's fruity flavours and body result in an elegant vinosity.
More about the tastingBrilliant gold with green reflections. Initially buttercream and hay on the nose, then acacia blossom and apple chutney emerge with air. Mouth-filling on the palate with a very creamy texture and a firm acid backbone. It's harmonious and balanced, wrapping up some unmistakable woody notes with good juicy length and ending with a hint of blossom honey. A stylish food companion.
More about the tastingGolden yellow colour with green reflections. Creamy toffee, fresh cedar wood, pomelo zest, subtle smoky notes of fresh bacon. Restrained acidity on the palate, powerfully dense thanks to the well-integrated use of wood, fine mousse. Ripe mango and fir honey in the aftertaste, full-bodied. White chocolate on the finish.
More about the tastingMedium, bright yellow gold. Penetrating bouquet with crème caramel, yeast plait, candied yellow stone fruit with a touch of tonka bean. Noticeable mousse on the palate, full-bodied, gripping and creamy at the same time, ripe acidity, light oak-influenced tartness with mineral undertones. Long palate persistence. Tolerates hearty dishes.
More about the tastingBright white gold appearance. A quirky and powerful bouquet of hay, lemon zest, ripe yellow fruit with more air, liquorice and brioche. The sweetish palate is marked by wood, lush vanilla cream, a very fine mousse and vinous stylistics which demonstrate great tension. This needs a lot of air and hearty food.
