Apple peel, apple sauce, rosehip, and some pepper. A rosé with freshness and grip, quite good acidity, a lot of juiciness on the mid palate, medium extract and a lean impression, with nice length and quite complex finish fruit. Rather for fish than for vegetables, but also a stylish aperitif.
