The white wine Ladoix, vintage 2019 from the winery Domaine Cachat-Ocquidant & Fils has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
On the nose it's citrusy and still a little reductive and buttoned up. The palate is a little more open, with wood-derived spice, a suppleness and delicate phenolics intertwine. Slightly mineral-tinged and seems to be striving towards a classic ideal of harmony: suppleness with an extra freshness.
