Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 26.05.2011

Deep dark cherry red with violet reflections. Lush bouquet of blackcurrant and blackberry, herbs, some pepper and licorice, roasted aromas. Powerful, complex texture, intense blackcurrant, smoked meat and cloves. Crisp tannins. Long finish, roasted aromas in the aftertaste. Already a pleasure now, but will benefit from further bottle ageing.
