Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.05.2011

Bright straw yellow with light reflections. Lush bouquet of citrus fruits and pineapple in particular, floral nuances and some vanilla, persistent. Juicy on the palate, gooseberry, green apple, pear and honey, beautifully balanced. Plenty of acidity, but not intrusive. Long finish, very good length. Delicately spicy food companion.
