This has a dark ruby colour. The bouquet is on the spicy side, with aromas of pepper, bourbon vanilla, clove, plus plum and amarena cherry, and it continues to develop with aeration. It is powerful and dense on the palate, again with distinctive spiciness, as well as perfectly ripe fruit. It has a ripe and well-integrated acidity, superb fine tannins, and it lingers for a long time.
