Cool, elegant fruit on the nose with notes of sour cherry and damson plum. Also hints of raspberry, dark flowers, grapefruit, caramel and Szechuan pepper. Flattering, soft attack on the palate. Aromas of sour cherry, cranberry, redcurrant and raspberry. Extremely fine-grained tannins and a fresh, supporting acidity. Mineral finish. Now at its peak.

Classic, still closed wine characterised by wood with aromatic reserves.
