The Domaine de Chambleau overlooking Lake Neuchâtel has long been one of the region's top wineries. The estate has been owned by the Burgat family since 1950 and has been managed by Charlotte and her father Louis-Philippe since 2022. Burgat's passion for the Pinot Noir grape variety is omnipresent in the estate's collection. He even created a Swiss Pinot icon with the Pur Sang. Since 2017, the winery has been working exclusively according to organic guidelines.
