The Domaine de Montmollin in Auvernier was founded in 1937 and is now run by the fourth generation of the family, Benoit and Rachel Billeter-de Montmollin. They cultivate 50 hectares on picturesque Lake Neuchâtel according to biodynamic principles, focussing on natural balance, healthy soils and biodiversity. Every wine produced on the estate reflects the unique terroir and generations of winemaking expertise. The winery has been certified with the Bio-Suisse label since 2017.
