Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, almost black core, violet reflections. Fine roasted aromas on the nose, delicate caramel, intense dark berry confit, wonderful spicy notes, very inviting bouquet. Juicy and fresh on the palate, very good complexity, blackberry jelly, perfect tannins, fresh acid structure, fine orange notes in the finish, mineral and persistent, certainly the best DDC in a long time.
