Tasting Notes
On the nose fine roasted aromas with nuances of caramel and almonds, hints of fresh stone fruit and a touch of minerality. Very elegant on the palate, with delicate nuances of tropical fruit and hazelnut flour, perfect acidity that conveys great vitality and very well integrated wood spice with a finish that has delicate orange notes and a saline minerality, reflective of terroir.
