Deep crimson garnet, violet reflections, broad ochre rim. A peacock's wheel of aromas flows from the glass: fine floral nuances of roses and violets mingle magically with spicy elements such as cinnamon and cloves on a carpet of wild berry confit and preserved cherries. Full-bodied on the palate, extracted sweetness and silky yet present tannins, perfectly balanced acidity, fine fruity nuances, yet taut and complex, mineral and salty on the finish, lingers for minutes.
