Fragrant, fresh bouquet with notes of lime blossom, aniseed and yellow stone fruit. This is joined by fresh citrus fruit and apple. A fresh attack on the palate, pithy fruit with grapefruit, apple and mirabelle plum. Fresh acidity and a long finish with a mineral impression.
