Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Fresh, elegant bouquet with notes of peach, orange and ripe apple. In addition there's floral hints, fine smoky tones and honey. Taut with precise acidity on the palate with yellow stone fruit and citrus zest. It shows a mineral-salty expression, slender and elegant, a long finish with hints of honey.

Some apple and hazelnut with slightly reductive and chalky notes on the nose. In the mouth it starts with a gentle spiciness, full-bodied, then gains volume and expression. The firm acidity is very well integrated into the body; the wine does not have the creaminess of a Chardonnay, but the same minerality. It has good length with a touch of fruit at the end.
