The red wine Minervois-La-Livinire AOC Aires Hautes Réserve, vintage 2016 from the winery Domaine des Aires Hautes has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Grenache, Carignan from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Peppery, damp asphalt, herbal notes. On the palate it shows with a soft attack, strong tannin, slightly viscous base, balsamic back aromas, vivid palate fruit, well-integrated alcohol and clearly tactile-mineral components in the finish. To serve with cassoulet.
