Peppery, damp asphalt, herbal notes. On the palate it shows with a soft attack, strong tannin, slightly viscous base, balsamic back aromas, vivid palate fruit, well-integrated alcohol and clearly tactile-mineral components in the finish. To serve with cassoulet.
