The white wine Lirac AOC Blanc, vintage 2014 from the winery Domaine des Carabiniers has been rated in 2015 by Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
We wait. Later, its aroma reminds us of fig mustard, and we can well imagine it going well with blue cheese. When we taste it, we are sure that it will go well with Fourme d'Ambert and Munster, because its acidity awakens the cheese and the cheese softens its power. An excellent wine when accompanied.
