We wait. Later, its aroma reminds us of fig mustard, and we can well imagine it going well with blue cheese. When we taste it, we are sure that it will go well with Fourme d'Ambert and Munster, because its acidity awakens the cheese and the cheese softens its power. An excellent wine when accompanied.
