The red wine Suis l’Etoile Côtes Catalenes IGP, vintage 2012 from the winery Domaine des Enfants has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Carignan, Syrah from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Bitter chocolate and dark berry notes, almost reminiscent of "Zin" berries, with a hint of heat. Very dense, fine-grained, mellow tannins on a plump, soft base, yet plenty of juice in the structure, and a lively acid support. Seamless body filled with extract, suggesting great ageing potential. 80 percent Grenache and 10 percent each Carignan and Syrah.
