Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Pale salmon pink, golden reflections. Delicately herbal and savoury cherry confit, a hint of baby banana, fruity bouquet. Taut, crisp acid structure, fine salty component, almost dry on the palate in contrast to the nose, a fine food companion, individual style. A kind of Schilcher from the Loire.
