Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. Candied grapefruit zest, hints of dried herbs, smokey nutty touch, dark minerality and fine yellow tropical fruit in the background. Elegant with fine yellow peach fruit, subtle extract sweetness, complex and long lasting, liquid rock nuances, fine floral honey on the finish, will benefit from a few more years of bottle ageing.
