Tasting from 30.04.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby colour with purple reflections. Clear, elegant nose with notes of plum, dark cherry, blackberry as well as vivid but beautiful wood savouriness, especially cloves, with air the wine also shows a fine floral note. Soft on the palate, but in no way heavy, with ripe acidity, fine, well-integrated tannins and beautiful length.
