Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Pale yellow. Open, pure, fruity nose. Tropical fruit, ripe pear and citrus notes at their finest, a hint of vanilla and white flowers. Beautiful freshness on the palate, tightly woven with a fine acidity. Notes of apple and blanc-mange on the long finish.
