Pleasantly reductive on the nose. Notes of Mirabelle plum, citrus fruit and stone fruit as well as hints of white flowers, honey and nuances of yeast. Dense and powerful on the palate without being overpowering, with yellow fruit and chamomile notes, with a long, saline-mineral finish.
