Elegant, multi-layered bouquet with notes of confit redcurrants, cherry and elderberry. There are also ethereal, savoury and balsamic hints as well as citrus nuances. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with juicy acidity, delicate fruit and beautiful supporting savouriness. Beautifully integrated tannins, long finish.
