Light yellow colour with pale green reflections and fine mousse. Delicate floral notes, quince, greengage, citrus zest, lemon balm, mint, beeswax and fresh yeast on the nose. Finely fizzy on the palate, with a fine-grained mouthfeel, juicy and fresh acidity, and a mineral finish. Quince and fresh nuts linger for a long time. An elegant, classic crémant - très chic!
