Rebsorte: 100 % Sauvignon Gris (Trauben aus biodynamischem Anbau) Eigenschaften Leicht und zugleich intensiv fruchtig – dieser alkoholfreie Schaumwein zeigt eine strahlende aromatische Ausdruckskraft des Sauvignon Gris. Noten von Litschi und Passionsfrucht dominieren und verleihen Frische sowie eine angenehme Fruchtigkeit. Die feine, elegante Perlage umhüllt sanft den Gaumen und verlängert das Gefühl von Leichtigkeit. Gastronomie Ideal als Aperitif, passt er hervorragend zu knackigem Gemüse, frischen Salaten oder leichten Gerichten. Auch zum sanften Ausklang einer Mahlzeit eignet er sich sehr gut, besonders in Kombination mit frischen Früchten, um eine zusätzliche Note von Frische und Leichtigkeit zu bringen.
