This Féchy is characterized by freshness, minerality and dynamism. La Brez is the name of a terroir that belongs to the Domaine and where the best grapes grow. This Chasselas is fermented spontaneously. Despite its uncomplicated nature, it has an interesting structure and complexity. Aromatic notes of mint, lime and pear dominate.
