The red wine Terrasses du Larzac AOP Elise, vintage 2013 from the winery Domaine La Terrasse d’Elise has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Mourvèdre from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Strong ruby, ochre tints, broad bright rim. At first restrained, red forest berry confit, fine breath of dry herbs, candied oranges, needs air. Elegant, pickled red cherries, silky tannins, mineral-salty finish, already balanced, an elegant food wine, should be decanted.
