Tasting Notes
The yield of two parcels in Puligny-Montrachet, right on the border of the Village AOC. Lime-reductive fragrance, subtle oak, balsamic undertones. On the palate powerful, somewhat linear and of course not with the ultimate classification, but still with style and clear character of its provenance. A background of texture and ripe acidity, punchy and balanced. A Bourgogne blanc with extra class.
