Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Would you be able to tell the difference between this and a Pinot blind? I'm not sure. Sour cherry, thyme, black pepper. Also mineral tones and iron. At most, a little more radiant than Pinot can be. On the palate, the wine shows fullness and juiciness, a medium amount of fine, but also plastic tannin. It seems calm and perfectly balanced, with medium-high density and very good length.
